Devereux Wins 3 in a Row
A Pal for Pops broke her maiden today at Laurel Park, giving Joe Devereux three wins in a row for Preferred Pals Stable. A Pal for Pops stalked the pace two wide, made a bid for the lead in the upper stretch and drove to the wire, winning by 5 1/4 lengths.

Nomoresurprises Surprises at Laurel
Nomoresurprises ran a great race winning at Laurel Park today. Nomoresurprises was last coming to the turn for home. He saved ground going inside, and continued his rally along the rail. He drew clear of the field at the 8th pole under a strong drive.

Proudly Pyrite Wins at Laurel
Proudly Pyrite won his race today at Laurel Park by 5 lengths. Proudly Pyrite rated close behind the dueling leaders, angled out three wide on the turn for home, cleared the field and continued driving down the stretch.

Western Missile won his fourth in a row today at Laurel Park.
Western Missile broke with the pack, but settled off the rail in fifth position until he advanced four wide in upper stretch. After taking the lead down the stretch he bore out, was caught, but came back on to win the race.

Western Missile won his 3rd straight today at Laurel Park. Ridden by Luis Garcia, Western Missile rated early, went inside the favorite into the turn, then outside the 2nd choice down the stretch. He eagerly pulled away and won driving by 5 3/4 lengths.

Western Missile won today at Laurel Park. Western Missile took the lead on the outside at the half and fought off the favorite gamely down the stretch.

Western Missile rated on the outside just off the pace for the first 6 furlongs, rallied into the stretch, dueling with the leader until mid-stretch where he was able to gain the lead to the wire.

Back Bay Baron ridden by Carmouche won at Delaware Park today. Back Bay Baron broke third, stalked the leaders, angled out three wide around the turn for home driving clear to win by 1 1/2 lengths.

2nd Win at Saratoga
Gilded Thread won by four lengths at Saratoga today. She broke on top, pressed the pace on the outside for six furlongs, before taking charge in the upper stretch and drawing away to clear the field by four lengths.

1st Win at Saratoga 2007 Meet
Strong Presence ridden by Alan Garcia broke on top, raced outside midpack, rallied five wide around the turn and made a strong stretch run to dead heat for the win at Saratoga today.

Proudly Pyrite Wins at Belmont
Proudly Pyrite was ridden to victory at Belmont, by Jara, in a one mile claiming race on the dirt. He stalked the early, quick pace, advanced four wide on the turn, responded when asked for run, drew clear inside the eighth pole and dug in gamely for the win.

Proudly Pyrite Breaks Maiden
Proudly Pyrite broke his maiden at Monmouth Park today. Going off the favorite, he stalked outside until the far turn, where he began his move. He took over the lead and held off rivals under a strong drive.

Gilded Thread Breaks Maiden
Gilded Thread broke her maiden today at Delaware Park. She broke with the pack, steadied herself on the rail behind the front runner, made an inside move to the stretch, then angled off the rail in the upper stretch to go after the leader. She cleared the field and won by 1 1/4 lengths.

Nomoresurprises won today at Pimlico. He broke fine, settled early, began his charge mid-turn, angled out four wide at the top of the stretch and rallied to the wire

Last Foal Born
All 8 Preferred Pals Breeding Co Mares have delivered their foals. A total of 5 fillies and 3 colts were born this year. All of the mares and foals are at Allen Iwinski's farm in Ocala, except for Miss Bernstein and her filly who are boarded at Irish Hill Century Farm in Stillwater, NY.

1st Win in 2007
Nomoresurprises gave Preferred Pals Stable its first win this year by breaking his maiden today at Laurel Park. Nomoresurprises started slowly, swung five wide entering the upper stretch, and rallied to just nose out Jeroboam at the wire.
